XC Workout 2k14

My XC team has changed the workouts up a bit this year. We run nice, hard distance runs then take the time to work on strengthening and core work afterwards. Always stretching and hydrating before, during, and after are workouts. On through the week we train by doing hill intervals. Increasing our speed every interval and keeping our form up while working up and down the hills. All being very important we try to do them frequently, but always knowing that sometimes you just have to slow it down a bit. ;)
